Founders of Encore Decor, Missi or Kelley can usually be found at the store.  Missi was a customer of consignment shops in the Jacksonville market for years.  Kelley has partnered and built several successful businesses in Jacksonville.  Encore Decor was the best partnership opportunity where our dreams were met; to own a business together.

Yes ladies - he is single! His expertise is two-fold. He'll guide clients looking to sell their upscale items throughout the entire consignment process with ease and confidentiality. At the same time, Mark educate customers how to shop inside the store; so they too, will experience phenomenal buys at affordable, value driven prices.
