Missi & Kelley Langford, Proprieters

Founders of Encore Decor, Missi or Kelley can usually be found at the store.  Missi was a customer of consignment shops in the Jacksonville market for years.  Kelley has partnered and built several successful businesses in Jacksonville.  Encore Decor was the best partnership opportunity where our dreams were met; to own a business together.

Russell (Russ) Wood, Jr. , Floor Manager

Russ's first career was serving our country, today he serves the thousands of Encore Decor customers.  A true asset to the company, Russ has many duties including coordinating the daily drop-off/pickup of items by our customers as well as well as the weekly paid delivery and pickup service offered to a limited area.  You can't miss Russ - he's 6'-9" but does NOT play basketball :)

Stephanie Schwartz, Design Consultant

Stephanie joined us shortly after opening and has an eye for design.  When not at Encore Decor she is pursuing her real passion; cosmetology; if you have questions about furniture or hair Stephanie can help.

Leslie Lewis, Design Consultant (Bartram Interior Design Academy)

Leslie is a prodigy that we were lucky to find.  Leslie is a recent Bartram High School Graduate heading to Florida State University to pursue her career in Interior Design.  Later in 2008 Encore Decor will formalize its Interior Design Intern Program with Bartram Trail High School.  BTHS has an outstanding Interior Design Academy and we try to offer real-word experience for up and coming designers.
